"Radical" Russ Belville: "Three in four cannabis users are white, but it's blacks and Latinos that spend the brunt of the time for punishment"
America's War On Drugs is admittedly an easy target.
It's never really made sense, it's never really had the intended results (even while increasing prices and cartel profits, overfilling our jails, and shredding our Bill of Rights), and it's increasingly unpopular with the public.

With a wave of populist energy upending the old political coalitions, bloggers have a leading role to play in redefining the political playing field.
Ballot measures are being considered in several states for 2010 and 2012.

Great video, hard and fast with the facts about enforcement. Never gonna solve these problems without full regulation and control, and you only get that through complete legalization. Decrim was the 70's, it's much too late for a half ass policy change now.
LEAP has some great videos on the subject. Try searching YouTube for "cops say legalise drugs." It is the name of the LEAP Channel(all one word) and of a great 2 part video of members. The MPPStaff, DrugPolicyAlliane and SAFERChoice channels are also very good and informative.
