no one is worried about anything beside their pockets and what affects their income..rightful so.but not when it blocks sick people from getting their meds.as for getting cannabis from colorado i cant wait..

Urban Dictionary defines a cannasmurf as "a person who is a member of several medical cannabis dispensaries and who obtains the maximum allowable quantity of cannabis from these clubs in order to obtain a sizable amount of cannabis for personal or commercial reasons." Colorado's governor-appointed task force has determined that marijuana tourism is OK, but its members also believe restrictions should be put in place to prevent smurfing. worried about people buying cannabis in CO to sell elsewhere? really Shit we been buying tons upon tons from Mexico for years!
You know it's going to happen regardless. People from Idaho, Oregon and other places that are close, are going to come across the border and buy up all they can. Then, go home and keep it for themselves, or sell it to thier friends. Why would a person that lives in Oregon take a risk at getting busted by buying pot on the streets. When they can drive across into Vancouver and get it legally with no risk.
they're not talking about hoarding it. they're concerned with people who buy it to sell elsewhere.
Just guessing- if someone did that, they stand to be busted for the lines they have crossed that were illegal not the steps they took that were legal. What's the worst that could happen if someone hoarded pot? I don't see the issue I guess.
