Last year, the city of Anaheim brought in the Drug Enforcement Agency to help enforce a ban on medical-marijuana dispensaries that has been in effect since 2007. The DEA decided to go after assets, including a $1.5M building where $37 of pot was sold. Talk about a favorable return. OC Weekly has the story.

I'm in a place right now in which I NEVER thought I'd be. I SERVED this country, back when having a STRONG Military wasn't considered a BAD thing. But I don't recognize my country anymore. For the 1st time in my life, I can HONESTLY say that "I'm Afraid of my Government". They're out of control with their intrusions into peoples "Private Lives". With their OUT OF CONTROL spending and TAXING of people. These Pot Politicians are ADDICTED to the $$$ provided them through "Illegal Search & Seizures" by the DEA, FBI, ATF etc... I mean let's get real here.... they're seizing a $1.5 MILLION building, because $37 of marijuana was SOLD there? Damned good ROI if you can get it? There's absolutely NO reason to outfit our Police forces, many times BETTER than our Military! They allude to the fact that they NEED this money to fight the HARD drugs. Yet, 90% of the Arrests made are for "Simple Possession of Marijuana". We're absolutely DESTROYING the "Family Structures" of Americans by putting someone in Prison for possessing a WEED!
This Government's addicted to the $50 BILLION annually they receive from the Govt. to fight a War that we've already LOST! Our Governments perpetuating the MURDER of many Latin American citizens, (60,000+) by their attempts to STOP the influx of a product into our country, in which a WIDE Majority of Americans WANT here. What seriously bothers me is the fact that these Politicians actually KNOW they're WRONG on this issue, but will go to their graves to keep Big Pharma in charge. It's LESS people they have to contact for Campaign contributions.
Big Pharma's not CURED one damned thing in 75 yrs. They've come up with medications that will maintain the status quo, until you DIE! But what have they CURED? It sickens me that we've got HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of citizens dying of Cancer annually. Yet they've NOT found anything that supposedly works any BETTER nor as GOOD as the Natural choice... of marijuana. It's actually been rumored that Big Pharma actually DOES have a Cure for Cancer, and won't put it out on the market. I know that sounds far fetched and Conspiratorial, but in your HONEST mind... would YOU put if past Big Pharma to do that? That's what I thought! Too much $$$ flowing in for that. MAYBE by chance their treatments will work and put their Cancer into REMISSION... but not KILL it!
In the early 90's we had a pandemic of men who couldn't achieve an erection! Within 2 yrs, we've got a PILL to fix that problem, and give you a WOODY like a Sequoia tree for 4 hours! So again citizens can say that our POLS our thinking with the WRONG head! Yet people are unduly dying of Cancer. Big Pharma doesn't WANT to cure anything. It's too profitable keeping you somewhat comfortable (to their standards) until you DIE. Why would they want to CURE you?
