Denver Westword, an alternative weekly owned by Toke of the Town‘s parent company, Village Voice Media, has launched a dispensary promotion called Toke Daily Deals through which medical marijuana patients can receive discounted medicine.
“Toke Daily Deals works like this,” Westword tells us. “We email you one terrific deal on the best dispensaries in your city. If you’re interested, you buy the deal. If you’re not, you don’t.”

First to be featured as a Toke Daily Deal is Citi-Med, a Denver dispensary located in the DU area off University and Evans. They’re offering $20 of store credit for just $10, with strains such as FLO, King Fire and Super Lemon Haze available.
Also on the shelves are concentrates like Cannalotion and Edi Med Hash Capsules, drinks like Green Dragon, Marqaha and Keef Cola Extreme, and edibles ranging from Canna-Conola Cooking Oil to Hashish Caramels and Cheeba Chews.
“Kick back in the cozy environment and explore their selection of award-winning bubble rolled and full melt hashes, 100 percent organically grown marijuana and staff-tested edibles,” invites Westword, and damned if that doesn’t sound tempting.
