The Occupy Wall Street movement now has a strain of medical marijuana named after it: Occupy OG.

Occupy OG is a sativa-indica hybrid, and is offered by only one dispensary in San Diego County, according to Weedmaps.com, reports San Diego City Beat‘s Dave Maass.
Occupy OG, available at Thirty Health Center, across from Von’s at 4152 30th Street, San Diego, costs $15 a gram, $50 an eighth, $100 a quarter, $175 a half and $325 an ounce.

So Say We All
Dave Maass, San Diego City Beat: “Whatever Occupy OG is, it is not from the plant that was living in the Americans for Safe Access (ASA) tent at the Civic Center in the first weeks of Occupy San Diego”

The only shop which offers Occupy OG is one of the last to remain open in San Diego following the recent crackdown on dispensaries and property owners who rent to the shops launched locally by U.S. Attorney Laura Duffy and San Diego City Attorney Jan Goldsmith.
“Whatever Occupy OG is, it is not from the plant that was living in the Americans for Safe Access (ASA) tent at the Civic Center in the first weeks of Occupy San Diego,” Maass reports. “That plant is Skywalker OG and has not yet reached the flowering stage, says Eugene Davidovich, the ASA activist whose lawyers asked for an injunction and temporary restraining order against the San Diego Police Department last week.”
