Take a walk around Denver, and it’s nearly impossible to ignore the rise in art projects. Whether it’s new murals on building walls downtown or RiNo’s alleyways, there’s never been more color in Denver. Denver Mayor Michael Hancock has announced a new citywide effort to expunge low-level marijuana convictions that occurred in Denver before recreational marijuana was legalized in Colorado.

Dear Stoner: Does the smell of weed smoke disappear more quickly when it’s cold out? I’m always pushing the line.
