The Cannabis Therapy Institute has announced it will participate in the Plant Medicine Expo and Healthcare Provider Conference on September 25 and 26 at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, Denver, Colorado. The Plant Medicine Expo will bring together some of the leading national experts on medical marijuana for a two-day conference and expo focused on the scientific and health aspects of medical cannabis.
Conferences are designed both for health care professionals and medical cannabis patients.
Two instructors for the Cannabis Therapy Institute will be presenting talks at the PME. Deanna Gabriel will discuss “Cannabis Medicine Making” and “Cannabis Therapy Fundamentals.” Timothy Tipton will discuss “Bringing Medical Marijuana Into Your Practice” for health care providers.

TGI Healthworks of New York is the lead organizer of the conference. TGI Healthworks has been developing conferences focused on various diseases and treatments for more than 10 years. With so much public interest in medical marijuana, TGI Healthworks said it decided the company should reach out to this community with the Plant Medicine Expo.
“We want to raise the level of legitimacy around this conversation among the patient and healthcare provider communities,” said Seth Ginsberg, president of TGI Healthworks.
“With so much going on in the Colorado medical cannabis community, Denver was the logical choice for location,” Ginsberg said. “Our conference is strictly focused on the medical uses of cannabis and will be held in a professional environment with the nationwide experts on the topic. This will be about learning and sharing information, not about recreational cannabis.”
