Farmer’s Market Brings Patients And Cannabis Together

0

Patients in the Olympia, Washington area, south of Seattle, are lucky enough to have an excellent farmer’s market providing the best in cannabis, edibles, topicals and concentrates from a variety of caregiver tables.

I visited the Washington Farmers Market in Olympia (not to be confused with similar but unaffiliated cannabis farmers markets in Seattle and Tacoma) for the first time last Saturday and was very impressed with how well it was managed and how smoothly it ran — as well as with the quality of medicine available.
There’s nothing like the feeling of patient empowerment one gets while attending a cannabis farmer’s market. If the guy behind one table doesn’t have the products or the prices for which you’re looking, you can always try the next table over.
Among my finds were some tasty Cheese Goo (Cheese x Afgoo) from the NorthwestHerbalCare.com table, and some spectacular Matanuska Thunderfuck from The Green Baron Alternative Medicine, based in Thurston County.
I was interviewed at the market by TheRockinTW; I’m at 5:10 in the video above.
The next Washington Farmers Market will be held in Olympia on Saturday, August 6. Another market will be held in Mason County on Saturday, August 13, 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For more details, visit Washington Farmers Market on Facebook.
Big props to Sarena Haskins and Sonshine Organics for a well-run event!
